In 1988, King Mortgage Company was founded by Sandy King in Sarasota, Florida and has operated continually since. In 2007 Michael Davenport joined Ms King, and King Realty Associates, LLC was added. Our specialties are working with buyers purchasing homes and with existing home owners seeking alternative solutions to foreclosure and the resale of foreclosed homes.

Michael Davenport is the Qualifying/Designated Real Estate Broker for the real estate entity and Sandy King is the Principal Broker for the mortgage entity. We both hold active Florida licenses in real estate and mortgage brokerage and have decades of actual experience. Michael has been in the industry since 1969 and Sandy since 1976. Combined, we offer over 75 years of solid career professional knowledge, experience and expertise. In addition, Sandy is a Certified Notary Signing Agent and handles real estate/mortgage closings of any type for those in need of signing services in the Sarasota/Manatee area.
